Section 1

General Terms

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on bb9999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, bb9999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from the platform. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bb9999 are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable to that product. General rules that apply across all betting and gaming products on bb9999 are set out below. Product-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting market.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is accepted and binding only when bb9999's system confirms the transaction and a reference number or bet ID is generated. Bets not confirmed by the system due to connection issues, server errors, or any other technical reason are not valid and no liability arises on either side. 8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games and betting markets provided by third-party studios and data providers are subject to the technical performance and availability of those third parties. bb9999 is not liable for service interruptions, data feed errors, or game malfunctions attributable to third-party providers, although we will make reasonable efforts to facilitate resolution and ensure fair treatment of affected players where possible.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb9999's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Section 9

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

9.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players wishing to close their bb9999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before account closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any outstanding bonus wagering requirements that remain unmet will result in the forfeiture of associated bonus balances. 9.2 Termination by bb9999

bb9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

In cases of termination for cause, bb9999 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where a player is found to have engaged in fraud or criminal activity, funds may be forfeited in their entirety and reported to the relevant authorities.

Section 10

Amendments

bb9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, bb9999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Following notification of an amendment, continued use of the bb9999 platform — including logging into your account, placing any wager, or making any deposit — constitutes your full and binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.1 of these Terms.
